Steps to Download Your Ayushman Card
Visit the Official Website
Go to the official Ayushman Bharat PMJAY website: https://pmjay.gov.in or download the “Ayushman Bharat” app from Play Store/App Store.
Check Your Eligibility
Click on “Am I Eligible?” or “Check Eligibility” option on the homepage. You’ll need to provide your mobile number to receive an OTP.
Verify with OTP
Enter the OTP received on your mobile number to verify your identity. Complete the CAPTCHA verification.
Search for Your Name
Select your state and enter your details (Ration Card number, name, or RSBY URN) to search for your name in the beneficiary database.
View Your Details
Once your name appears in search results, click on it to view your beneficiary details. Verify all information is correct.
Download Your e-Card
Click on the “Download e-Card” button. Your Ayushman Card will be downloaded as a PDF file. Save it on your device and print a physical copy.
